Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Living Well with Blood Cancer: Life After Treatment / 11-2-24
In order to Live Well with Blood Cancer, patients must have a full understanding of the broad array of health issues that may occur months or even years after a disease diagnosis or treatment has ended. Reactions to cancer treatment vary from patient to patient, so it’s important to recognize the physical and psychological side effects, as well as the essential role counseling, nutrition and social work play in survivorship.
Guests will also learn about The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s resources and support available throughout the cancer journey, as well as unique opportunities available to survivors, such as volunteering, advocacy, and local event participation.
Patients are encouraged to invite their caregivers and family members to attend this FREE program with them. Register at https://na.eventscloud.com/website/79312/Date and Time
