She has been a licensed Special Education teacher, professional trainer & program coordinator for over 22 years. She has refined her expertise in areas of behavior management, career counseling, supported employment, advocacy, organizational planning, program management and more. Nicki’s professional associations stretch far due to her networking talents & ability to forge strong & enduring relationships. Wendy Menz

Wendy (Castor) Menz came to Avenues with a wealth of business training experience accumulated over 35 years. While attending college, she worked full time for a Photo/Color Lab. At 19, She became an entrepreneur of Gemini Color Lab, a successful business in Cumb. Co. and 2nd 1- Hr. Photo Lab in NJ. Training employees to be Prof. Color Techs for 13 years, she sold Gemini & went to Farmer’s & Merch. Bank, specializing in new accts./consumer lending & obtained a Banking Cert. from the American Inst. of Banking. She later worked in sales, and then she began working in Autism/SLD for Vineland Pub. Schools. Her 16 years with VPS in the role of Job Coach/Trainer fostered her passion to continue on as an Employment Specialist & assist disabled adults in finding gainful employment. Wendy's attributes as an experienced business person, trainer, and job coach compliments the clients she works with and brings valued employer/employee matches to the community.
