Mr. Palmer serves as the Executive Director and Chief Engineer for the LSA since 1993, a member of the Chamber for over 20 years and Chair of the Advocacy Committee for over 10 years.
Graduated from Trenton State College (now The College of NJ) with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from NJ Institute of Technology in Newark NJ.
Licensed Professional Engineer and Licensed Professional Planner in NJ. Over 40 years’ experience in the water and environmental field at the state, county and local levels.
Member of Vineland Rotary Club. He is also presently the immediate past Chairman of the multi-state Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin. Past President of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Association of Environmental Authorities a statewide organization of water, wastewater, solid waste and improvement authorites. Past member and Chairman of his local Planning Board.
